The Fung Group’s PMD: Crafting a Strong Brand Identity

In 2011, the Fung Group pioneered the Program for Management Development (PMD) - a vibrant canvas for talent acquisition and development. The program was designed to provide diverse training opportunities, thereby fortifying the career growth of its candidates. Inspired by the universally recognized fast-forward icon, I sculpted an emblem to echo the program's forward-moving ethos.

Beyond emblem design, I was responsible for creating marketing materials such as web templates, PowerPoint templates, and business stationery, each reflecting the brand’s principles. To ensure consistent representation, I also developed a comprehensive Brand Identity Book, which stands as a testament to PMD’s integrity, conveying a robust message across all communication touchpoints.
