I loved dining at New Forest Restaurant, famous for their baked dishes, while working at a graphic agency in 2003. Despite opening in 1998, the owner and partners found their logo unattractive and couldn’t pinpoint the issue or how to improve it.
The old logo for New Forest Restaurant had a tree outline and the initials “NFR,” but it looked unprofessional and generic. The Chinese characters in the logo were irrelevant, and the font looked outdated. It didn’t connect well with the restaurant’s brand or signature dishes.
