Traditional Russian cuisine in Hong Kong

Shi Da Casha is a Russian restaurant located in Hong Kong’s Tsim Sha Tsui district. They offer traditional Russian cuisine rich in poultry, fish, and grain. Their menu includes popular dishes such as beef stroganoff, blinchiki, and smoked duck breast. The restaurant’s name translates to “broccoli soup” and “meal made from buckwheat or oats” in Russian. The owner, a Moscow native, brought in a chef from The Moscow Kremlin to ensure an authentic taste. To capture the traditional concept, the building’s exterior and stationery design incorporate classical Russian art and d├ęcor elements.
